Battery Heating Sleeves for Low-Temperature Environments
The Stallion Battery Heating Sleeve is designed to wrap around a compatible battery and provide electrical heating in low-temperature conditions. The range includes four sleeve sizes and power ratings, allowing the appropriate model to be selected according to battery circumference, available voltage and required heating capacity.
The product range is available in 70W, 100W, 130W and 160W configurations. Each size is offered in both 120V and 240V versions. Depending on the selected model, the sleeves are suitable for battery circumferences ranging from approximately 785mm to 1830mm.
Each Battery Heating Sleeve includes built-in temperature control set at approximately 27°C with a tolerance of ±1.5°C, together with high-temperature protection at 32°C. All listed models have an IP65 protection rating, an operating temperature range of -30°C to 55°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. The external power cable is approximately 1.5 metres long and is listed with an American-standard power plug.
