Circulation and Immersion Oil Heating Solutions

The Stallion oil-heater range includes complete circulation oil heaters and compact immersion oil-heating elements. The two configurations provide different power ratings, voltage options and applicable oil capacities, allowing the appropriate oil heater to be selected according to the required system capacity and installation arrangement.

The STAC3010, STAC3020 and STAC3030 circulation oil heaters provide 1000W, 2000W and 3000W outputs for oil quantities ranging from approximately 50L to 360L. These units operate on AC 415V three-phase power and feature a preset temperature range of approximately 20°C to 30°C.

The immersion oil-heater range operates on AC 220V single-phase power and is available from 100W to 1000W for oil quantities ranging from approximately 3L to 180L. The range offers IP65 protection, while interface-thread specifications and electric-heating-tube dimensions can be selected according to installation requirements.

Small Immersion Heaters

Models from 100W to 300W are available for applicable oil quantities ranging from approximately 3L to 50L.

Medium Immersion Heaters

Models from 400W to 600W are available for applicable oil quantities ranging from approximately 25L to 100L.

High-Capacity Immersion Heaters

The 800W and 1000W models support applicable oil quantities ranging from approximately 85L to 180L.
